People blame "society", it's sort of right but it's a unspecific term. Being more specific: Most women don't like to have extra emotional baggage stuck on them so won't even go near an emotional man.
Men can't help other men with emotional problems as either they are suffering from them themselves silently or see it as weakness that need to be removed.
It isn't, it all depends on experiences had and the effect as a result of those experiences to how much a person expresses what they truly feel. In the end though if you can't let your guard down around your partner, there's a good chance there's a reason that they think if they let loose what they feel out around them there partner will walk away. So if someone isn't telling you what's on their mind it either means their intentions are different from yours or they're afraid of loss as a result.

Because women go for the "tough" guys who don't express their true feelings...
Then they blame men for it. We can't help that time and time again we observe women selecting an emotional rock because he's "tough"
Cause we go through a phase where everything we are around ourselves tells us that boys should be stoic and strong. Showing emotions is a sign of weakness. And this really affects some guys who end up finding it difficult to show emotions and find it easier to bottle it up. Some actually do find like this but others get messed up.
I definitely express mine now. As a teenager I was immature. It takes time to develope.

That's easy! It's a learning curve. Guys started off showing emotions and each time a woman judges him for it he learns "ok, i won't do that again". After a while he comes to a conclusion the less he shares the less she can judge him on. The successful guys are the guys that learn to bury their feelings completely.
Because guys don’t talk about their feelings with their friends. They get called “gay” and “pussy” if they do. It’s a weird thing man men need to sort themselves out.
Ok let me shed some light so men like me come from places where if you do that than you either got to fight to survive are you move and its known that when men show that side that they either get cheated on and broken up with so yeah I and I keep my rage bottled up to a lot if if I show a little rage it means I've been pissed so much that I'm showing a little scary for me
Because we aren't as familiar with feelings. Men's feelings are suppressed, and as a result of that, men don't know how to express their feelings. Feelings aren't as important to men.

Because people think being masculine means internalizing everything but rage.
Not every man. I doubt The entire Male population chooses to act based on wolf pack ranks. I should've left out rage ik someone wouldn't be ok with it.
I mean, its true to some extent. Some men are insecure, weaker and can't stand their ground. While other men can face confrontations without fear. Its a very basic concept. Dumbing it down to "alpha and beta" as if only these two exist, is a bit exxagerated and plain wrong. But the general idea is still there
I guess it's because there's not much coherency to begin with to put feelings down to words for guys, or at least it is the way with me... Feelings are a complex, hazy and fuzzy logic
It isn't. I truly believe that it is just that women don't get it when you want to tell them something. It's probably the same phenomena as men not understanding wtfever women want from us.
Personally, this is not an issue for me. If I feel like I need to express my feelings, then I will, it's just that I rarely think it's necessary. I would imagine many other men feel the same way.

No one takes us seriously when we do it.

Cuz mainly they were raised to be tough and act like that even if they were hurt or in pain
I often just don't feel anything towards the subject matter.
Because if we express what we feel, we will be rejected, shunned and laughed at.
Because we aren't as familiar with feelings. Men's feelings are suppressed, and as a result of that, men don't know how to express their feelings. Feelings aren't as important to men.

Wait what. Literally every man thinks getting angry at someone or something is the exact opposite of alpha.
Not every man. I doubt The entire Male population chooses to act based on wolf pack ranks. I should've left out rage ik someone wouldn't be ok with it.
No not every man. But most men consider being calm and in control of your emotions to be alpha, not the other way round.
Most men don't compare themselves to wolf ranks.
What? Why are you talking about wolf ranks
Wolf ranks are the alpha and beta stuff that you compare men to.

Guys don't always feel the way you think they do. Certain things take time.
Personally, this is not an issue for me. If I feel like I need to express my feelings, then I will, it's just that I rarely think it's necessary. I would imagine many other men feel the same way.
It's been proven that girls think of guys as less attractive after they open up or whatever.
Cuz our true feeling is we wanna bang all the time but society thinks we r a perv if we express these true feelings
because a common thought is that men think /
seem to be hard, tough,
I would express my feelings,
