They mean it in the heat of the moment- at least. A comment like that is likely meant to be true. Everything can be equal insofar as tightness, wetness- all of the physical characteristics that make your vag feel like a bespoke glove coated in warm, wet velvet- which, if unclear, means it feels great.

The actual fuck is a larger or lesser turn on after that as a result of what is between your ears more than what's between your legs. Enthusiasm, timing, experience are the real differentiators after that and that makes the difference between using someone else's body to masturbate or to make something far greater than the sum of its parts IMHO

You're obviously going to keep giving him sex, so it's not like he really has to lie to you to get it, and he knows that, so even though he obviously likes to have sex with other girls when he can, it doesn't mean he doesn't prefer it with you or that it isn't better with you. I definitely preferred sex with some girls over others myself, and I think most guys have had that experience.

Having said that, guys who are worried about not getting laid again will often say things they don't mean in hopes of getting laid again - but this wasn't really that situation, so there was no need.

He knows that we always end up hooking up after long periods of no contact and he always ends up telling me something of that extent either during sex or when we cuddle, like this time were just talking about positivism, he complimented my butt and I said something like, I need improvement and he’s like no, own it, you have a nice ass, just own it and love it. I don’t know if men also feel vulnerable when cuddling but he’s done and said things that complicate things, at least in my imagination. He knows how I react and still pursues me or talks to me. All of those things he says are true to him - BUT they are all still sexual things, because to him, this relationship is sexual only, not romantic. You must always remember that men separate sex and romance, where most women see them as the same thing, so they assume that men do too. But they don't.

If he was wanting a romantic relationship, he would be doing romantic things, and not just sexual things. I think you can figure out the difference.
