What dose it mean when your crush texts you saying "sup"?

So 3 period I was in class and I was going a live stream on Instagram and my crush was active at the same time and I get a text from my crush while I was on live. And he texted me saying "sup", I was freaking out about him texting me. And I ended the live so I can text him back so I did, and 2 minutes of texting him he ask me something and he was asking on what I told his bestfriend in 1 period and he wanted to know why I asked his bestfriend, and later that day like after school I was walking home with him and I ask him why he texted me in class while I was doing the live, and he said "because I wanted to that's why I texted you". I was confused because he never texted me when I was in class or when he was active on Instagram. So like what dose that mean, dose he like me or he doesn't like me, he just friend zoned me?

I didn't read the entire thing. Being a male he probably literally just wanted to know what was up. If he walked home with you and it's a regular thing and you're not already friend zoned you probably like each other.

Wow I am literally twice your age. I haven't been in high school a while. It was the best time of my life. It's when you get to play games and learn about the opposite sex. You're still very young

My best relationships have been with a female who becomes my best friend. In high school it's hard to have patience but it sounds like you're already friends and that's in my opinion the best way to start a relationship. Guys don't really have a friend zone. We're attracted to who we are and it sounds like he is. Don't worry about it so much and enjoy life at your age because it's never new again.
