My crush hides me from seeing his story on facebook. Why would he do that?

He would hide his stories from me but not from my sister. Why would he do? I could still see his stories from asking my sister. Did he do it because he doesn't want ne to reply to his stories and talk to him? But, he would reply asap when I send him message. Sometimes even double text. There's this one time he left me on delivered. That was when i send him a text and I went offline (I was scared he won't reply back and that was my first time texting him first). Then I came back one hour after to see his reply. But when I replied to his message, he didn't open (he was sharing posts on facebook during that time but won't reply to my msg). That message was only seen on next day morning and no replies. He gave reacts tho. After that accident, I text him to take care cuz of corona virus cuz I am really worried. He told me to take care of myself too. I gave heart reacts to his message and he hearted back. I am really confused here. If he doesn't like me, he would hide his stories from me but still reply to my msg? (Sometimes he gave reacts like 'haha' and 'heart')

B:he simply doesn't want you to see his story. Respect that. Stop overthinking
Solution, either MOVE on. Or talk to him about it. If you really wanna have a chance at developing anything then you need to be mature, reasonable and able to communicate

Try dating another girl they will tell you to stop and block you so you know that don't like you or they tell you they do like you.

If you're only together since recently I could imagine it's normal, if it's a very delicate story.
However, once you're dedicated and you ask to be allowed to read them, it should become okay. He should trust you in the matter :D
