We just became friends, probably has been 4 months now. we've hung out many times now and each time we spend practically 6 to 7 hours together. Each time, usually he initiates flirty touches, and each time we meet the touches kind of progress more. it's like he gets more confident to touch me/be close to me. So, the last time we hung out (2 days ago), we watched a movie at his place. and he put his arms around me tightly for a few minutes (I think it was an uncomfortable position and maybe he was also unsure of how I felt so that's why he moved his arm away so soon). An hour later I put my head onto his shoulder for 15 minutes, and during this he was so still, he didn't move a muscle. But I could feel that he was trying to put his head on mine but would lightly brush it. and after I lifted my head, he didn't say a word for 10 minutes, and then spoke and was back to himself (it was like he was in shock/daze?).
Anyways, here's where I'm confused. as he was dropping me off, he said let's hang out in the city sometime! I said, "okay cool text me when you want to". I then texted him a few days later about the city... he said he was out of town. ok cool. I then texted him the next day if he was back, and he replied 2 hrs later (weird) and said "yeah but I'm a little busy today running errands". So what's up with this? why does it seem like he's ignoring to hang out?He didn't even offer another day we could hang. There are signs that he likes me, and yes I like him too. I know he's not looking for sex because he's a virgin and has never dated. AND if that was the case, he wouldn't have hung out with me 10+ times, he would've gave up early on to meet me.
