Girls: Guy plays the banjo. Cool? Hot? Not?

So I tried the keyboard and electric guitar cos' stupid generic music liking friends (and a guy in the guitar store) convinced me that was best. But I don't feel the passion for them instruments, ever since I first heard the banjo as a kid I have had a strange love for it and I feel so passionate about it. I've bought Banjo for Dummies and am probably gonna' order a banjo today.

Anyway, I was just wondering if girls think this is cool or like sexy if a guy they like is a really good banjo player does that just turn them off like it's sorta' dorky or does it make them more sexy? Just that banjo of course is not very conventional and is easily related to the stereo-typical hillbilly.

Playing any instrument is nice as long as you play it well. The banjo is really fun and it has some enjoying slow melodies you can learn to romance the ladies. Fun fact: Taylor Swift plays the banjo in one of her latest songs: Mean

Yeah it's funny cos' I'm a British lad in the 'burbs in the center of the UK but I have felt more American and just different to everyone around me since I was a kid... I really do not like living where I do

I suppose I hate the way the UK is run, I think that USA is a much more beautiful country with more interesting culture. I grew up watching American films, Westerns and War films and... I just think that USA is a country with so much more to it.

If America had more interesting culture, had more to it... my do millions of American tourists come here every year looking at our castles, historical landmarks etc... that's all America has, westerns :)
