Like it’s been so many times that I match with a guy on tinder, we talk, sext, flirt etc, make plans but then he just blocks me out of no where. That’s fine if he loses interest but why no communication? Like it makes me wonder if I’m doing something wrong. Why are guys like this😭

Because Snapchat is a social media that attracts ghosters. It is not the place to find a real relationship. There are plenty off dating apps that suffice. Tindr is also not a placeto find men who want an LTR. Go to a real dating site, or find a social club with guys in it.
