Hello so I used to talk to this guy and we had a lot in common I really liked him and we hooked up 3 times but things didn’t work out and he blocked me and didn’t want any contact with me now a year later he contacts me again on tinder and he said that apologized but after that I accidentally unmatched him on tinder so I couldn’t text him after that and then I followed him on Instagram and he blocked me... me and him work together in the same department and I always see him from the corner of my eye STARING AT ME and he won’t say a word to me but we I asked him a work related question and he seem really professional about it and joined the conversation I was having with a coworker but didn’t talk to me much, every time I interact with anyone he is always staring at me :/ but won’t say a word

You don't say why it "didn't work out" nor why he blocked you. That could be why he isn't talking to you.

He blocked me because he just wanted to fuck and I wanted a relationship plus I already did all the talking before after he blocked me and he still wasn’t interested so I just don’t understand why he staring at me so much If he acts like doesn’t want me ! Reason I won’t approach him is because I’m scared of getting rejected again
