He unfollowed me. so I’m not sure if he’s still interested, but he still tries pulling my attention with his body language. what does this mean?

When ever he sees me he still puffs out his chest to seem bigger then he is from a far. But when I come up close he tries to sneak looks and then will act like I’m not there. Sometimes I will look at him in his face off guard on purpose and he turns red. We have spoken many times before but I have to engage it. But if I don’t speak to him or say anything to him he gets this look like he’s upset. I tried working out with him and he said he was down and then it never happened. A few weeks before unfollowing me he worked out with another girl and stare at me the entire while doing so. And now after unfollowing me, he’s still doing same things (the staring, turning red), I haven’t spoke to him since right before he unfollowed, so I just figured he isn’t interested anymore. But the other day he gave me this face like he was really sad. Guys wth does this mean?
