What makes a guy want to destroy the self-esteem of a girl?

I hanged out with a guy that just used me for sex and I couldn't handle it anymore so I left his house and consequently him. He thought I was having dinner with him cause I told him I would leave nex day but I couldn't stay anymore. After that he offended me as much as he could blaming me for not have treating me right. He called me ugly, a loser and unable to fulfill my dreams among other cruel things. I showed him my vulnerabilities and he basically throwed them to me. I have deep depression and I am unemplyoed so this hit me really hard and I just can't feel good with myself, I'm constantly crying in my room and I don 't know who to escape from this... I totally hit the bottom.

think about how to get back on your feet. Have you friends of family to help and support you?

It’s worth having a chat to a counsellor and discuss your depression,

how long where you with him? It sounds like he’s been manipulating you a while. Do not let him get to you (I know easy to say hard to do).

Look at reestablishing yourself to how you where before this arsehole arrived.

look at building up your confidence.

Yes fortunately I have friends that are pushing me up. I have been with him just a few weeks thank God, I don't know what would happen if I stayed more time... I'm having a counsellor right now. I just want to be happy again and regain my power back, cause right now I feel like crap :'(

There are many loosers like this out in the world. both male and female. I am sorry you ran into one. But use this experience and move forward.
Truth of it is this dude is more insecure than you.
He is a scared sad little man that has to bring others down to make himself feel better. Best thing you can do with this type of person is ignore them.. take the only power he has away
He said those things because you hurt his ego but leaving so now he has to hurt you to feel superior.
You are the better person here shouldn't feel bad. You walked away and are in control and that pisses him off
Pick yourself up and move on. Do not let him trap you in despair, then he wins. Like I said use this to grow and feel better about who u are..

You shouldn't let him have thus much power over you. Prove him wrong. The best revenge is success. Even if you think about going back to him/ want him don't, he'll just take advantage of you. Start working on yourself and figure out how to be the best you and ignore him

I don't have contact with him anymore, I blocked him everywhere because I can't imagine being happy with someone that treated me so bad because of nothing in such a short period of time... Fortunately he's not near me because I feel like crap honestly though I know he shoud not see me or know that I feel miserable...

When a guy mistreated you like that, you should become the girl he can't have. You're a queen so act like it and dress like it. Don't let some guy take your crown off. You can cry about it for hours one time but then move on, don't waste your tears on him anymore. Basically act like he didn't exist but first make sure to cry or write all of it out, don't hold it in.

I try to feel pretty honestly and people actually say I'm pretty without me asking. But I've always felt ugly and his words are having this impact because they validate what I feel about myself :'( ...

Getting out and about, popping in to say clothes shops or electronics shops, chat to the sales people, get used to chatting to strangers about stuff, ask a sale guy geek in an electronics shop to explain how something works, he will wet his pants, a girl asking him tech questions..

Just build it up from there, even stuff on here, getting used to telling certain guys ( we know the type) to go fuck themselves.

Have a laugh with people , friends etc

Do some core exercises, maybe spot of running or something, just improve yourself 5% from now and it will feel a new world.

I have some tips that may help

1. Take care of yourself
2. Surround yourself with people who love you
3. Know that you are not your mistakes and your past does not define you
4. Love the inside and outside of you
5. Brag about yourself to yourself
6. Love yourself first
7. Turn every insult into a compliment
8. Confidence is a mindset also stop being mean to yourself
9. Stand up for yourself and don't put others down
10. Fake it till you make it
11. Get out of your comfort zone
12. Do what you want for you because of you
13. Be confidence. Make everyone around you feel loved
14. Affirmations. Everyday talk to yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you are worthy and beautiful etc.

These tips come from the top of my head and it's what helped me so hopefully it helps you too.
