So this guy's a distant friend and I remember blushing at him once a couple of years ago, and from then on, he just began staring at me. Not glancing, but prolonged eye contact where he'd literally lock eyes for 20- 25 seconds straight like some trance (try staring at something from afar for lk 20 secs straight, you'll get what I mean). Anyway, after a while, this behaviour just seemed rather creepy. He has no intention of approaching me, he doesn't even reply when I tried talking and worst of all he still stares like a maniac and I honestly don't understand what's even going on? (I'm turning 25, he's 28).
