Nothing wrong with it. I doubt he'll think anything other than how attractive you are. Now if you're cuddling and making out, combined with seeing you, he could very well get turned on, so you might have to tell him what you are and aren't willing to do at this point.
Maybe for a gym "date"... I will set up a date at the juice bar, and I'll wear a tank top and shorts, but don't work out beforehand.

I think the top is a little too much. A bit more casual with cleavage will do the same trick. He won't think you‘re a hoe but don‘t show off everything that easy ;)

It's a perfect outfit if you are going to meet for jogging or going to the gym together. If you are going to a more official date then you should wear something else
