So there is this guy. He texts me everyday. He asked me out on a date initially but we have not met and have been speaking since 5 months now. He kept saying of meeting each other but we never met. He talks about cuddling and stuff sometimes. He also keeps saying he loves me and likes me extra but never made plans before the date to meet each other. He compliments me most of the times. Its not like he is not going out in the pandemic. He is hanging out with his friends. If I leave him on read , he would still text me like why haven’t u replied? He would ask me how my day was.. I told him I went on a date so he said nice and did not speak to me for two days and then i guess he played the same game saying he hooker up with someone… He can not go a day without texting but does not reply with a good night rather just doses off. He even calls me baby extra but he also calls it to other girls he has hooked up with. I had mentioned to him I am not a hook up person also previously… irrespective of that he is texting me everyday even when I leave him on read.

How far away does he live from you? How did you two start talking?
It sounds like he likes you and is trying to setup a relationship or hookup with you. He sounds a bit silly but you seem to br talking with him consistently so maybe you like him? You haven't said if you do or not.

I think he wants a relationship but its definitely weird you two haven't met yet. So maybe just a hookup.

  15-20 mins far from each others place. We spoke first on Instagram that was where he asked me out. He then also spotted me on Tinder. Though I wasn’t looking for a hook up on Tinder just surfing it.

  If he only lives 15 minutes away he must be full of shit. I doubt he is hooking up with anyone if he is too scared to meet you. Sounds like a catfish or just a dork

  Ah, well that explains some. Maybe he's not ready to date at all since he isn't over his ex and was using you as an emotional rebound and considering hooking up with you. I would avoid this unless all u want from him is a hookup. Cause him hooking up with you won't change his feelings suddenly. Can aleays continue being friends until he moves past his ex
