Do men find well-spoken or intellegent women attractive?

This is not about tone of voice or how a woman sounds, i'm strictly asking about communication style and how a woman articulates and gets her messages across.

For example:

A man and a woman are having a conversation. The man goes into detail about his schedule and what he does with his time. He explains that during the weekdays he has a routine, and everyday after work he follows that routine. He then implies he isn't an exciting person because of it. The woman assumes that because he implied such a thing, it was coming from a place of insecurity. She could tell that the man didn't want her to think he was boring. She didn't want the man to feel bad about it because in her eyes having a routine showed that he is responsible and capable of creating a stable envioenment for himself. Which are good qualities.
So she responds reassuringly. Something along the lines of: "I think its admirable when someone can stick to a routine. It doesn't make you any less exciting or interesting. Stability is just as important as having fun."

Would this style of communication turn men away?

I tried to find other opinions online about men's attractiveness towards intellegence or good communication in women, and what I found was really disheartening. From what I read, men generally don't find intellegence attractive. So I assume communication like this would be a turn off.
