Why does he keep kicking my desk when I tell him to stop?

so, in geography class I seat next to my guy friend and every time I look away to pay attention in class, he keeps kicking my desk I told him to stop but he keeps saying it was not me even though I saw him do it when I turned around or he also blames it on someone else near me so I said I knew you kicked my desk stop lying then I started to kick his desk because he kicked mine but then he puts his foot near my foot every time I kick his desk but every time I tell him to stop kicking my desk he just keeps doing it I'm wondering why does he keep kicking my desk when I tell him to stop it multiple times?

This is a form of sexual harassment. Maybe ask the teacher to move you. Or just say out loud " stop kicking my desk"
