Guy's Behavior

I feel like this guy likes me but I can't tell if he actually does or if he's just bored (really long by the way)?

Basically, in my class, there's this guy and he "teases" in a way. I don't even know where we stand in terms of relationship or if we're even qualified as friends but ill try my best to explain in the shortest way possible.. let's call him Luke The table he sits at is right next to mine and he frequently sits sideways facing the board. At first, we didn't even talk to each other and I don't even remember why we started talking but then he started leaning over like a little clown to see what I was doing, or just being "annoying" and saying things like "That's not what we're supposed to be doing" or "she's playing games on her computer!" (Mind you, he's the one constantly playing games) and what not. One day his friend broke my yoyo on accident so I took it and put it on my desk and Luke takes it off my desk and refuses to give it back. Eventually, he tosses it on the floor and makes me get it or he makes me grab him, open his hand that it's clenched in, or he'll tell me to say please to get it back (all the times I've actually said please he still makes me grab his arms) Other than the yoyo, he does this with whatever little items I have that he can get his hands on. After these events, my friend began to say things like "Stop flirting with each other" "Their flirting" or "You guys should date". Even another kid in our class was like "Luke, stop flirting with her". He still messes with me despite what they say. She even yelled out "(my name) AND LUKE ARE DATING".. He turned around and yelled pretty calmly "Who said that?". One day I didn't have anything, he just tried to push my water bottle off the table or kicked my table (not in a mean way). Today is the last day of sitting together, we move seats next week. He toyed with me the most today. He kept taking my little plush and throwing it, taking my hair clip, and my piece of candy. My friend said "Luke stop bullying your girlfriend" and his response was "Ew!", Just ew, nothing more. He said while still smiling
