I don’t have doubts that this guy likes me. His body language, the fact that whenever we are together in the same room, he’s right next to me, the fact that he has all these small attentions for me he doesn’t have for others, the fact that if another guy talks to me and he’s around, I see him listening to the conversation, the fact he notices my movements, the fact he seeks my gaze and holds it with a Giant smile, and seeks physical closeness, or that he wants to know a lot of things about me and details of my private life and routine. He mentioned more than once he’d like to go out together, but whenever I text him to plan a date, my messages remain not just unanswered but even unread… I really don’t get it…

But we also talk about work, and more than once he told me he’d like to brainstorm about a future idea he has for a startup. And we talk about other less work related stuff and he very often goes like “oh tell me more about this I find it very interesting”. So probably not

If you are 100% certain he likes you, it could be that he is in a relationship / married and is trying to remain faithful to his partner.
