Is it weird I am not pissed off about my "5,7", height like many other guys my height are?

I do wish I was taller but at the same time it is whatever about my height. I don't get pissed off or depressed about my height. It is something that hardly comes to my mind. I think it is because I constantly see guys around my height every day, all day. I think if I was in the Netherlands, I would feel insecure because a huge percentage of the guys there are like "6,2," or taller.

No it’s good you’re not insecure about it! Honestly most women don’t care about height, they’ll usually want to be the same height or a little shorter than the man but it really doesn’t matter as much as people make it out to. Confidence is the most attractive thing

@sunflower00 the reason why my height is no big deal to me is because a huge percentage of guys are around my height (5,7") or a couple of inches taller here in the U. S. If I was "5,6" or shorter I would feel like shit. And the height thing is not just cause of dating and getting laid but also so people won't view me as a wuss or not manly enough. I do feel like shit for being ugly though. My ugliness is the reason why I never had a girlfriend and only got laid one time. Those. are the only reasons why I don't like that I am ugly. If it didn't affect me in those departments I would not care at all about being ugly.

What no way! Height does not equal manly, I never would have even thought about that so sorry for assuming it was anything to do with women! I’m sure you’re not ugly, it’s hard but just try to practice self confidence and be aware that there’s really no such thing as ugly! Everyone is different and everyone likes different things

@sunflower00 I didn't say women just go for looks, but looks is one factor. Women will not date a guy they think is ugly regardless how his personality is. Stop saying things that are not true. @Cherry234 The reason why I don't feel insecure about my height is because most guys in the U. S. are my height or a couple of inches taller. I would feel not manly enough if I was shorter since men that are really short are usually not viewed as manly. I am just insecure about being ugly because that's the reason why I never had a girlfriend and because that is the reason why I only got laid one time so far. If my ugliness didn't affect those two departments, then I wouldn't care about being ugly.

@Steven8000 Just because you're shorter than other men doesn't mean you're less of a man. Go for women shorter than you. They usually like men that are taller than them. Don't listen to the ones who say they only date tall men (unless they're tall themselves). They're in the minority. I would date someone your height. Height doesn't matter that much to me.

I don't have that view point but a lot of people in society do. I don't feel bad about my height. I just feel bad about being ugly. Being ugly is the reason why I still never had a girlfriend and why I only got laid one time so far. If I was not ugly, I would of had a girlfriend by now and I would have been gotten laid more than once by now. I honestly gave up with trying to get a girlfriend. And when it comes to getting laid, I gave up with trying to get that for free, since I only got it for free one time in my life.

If a guy is 30 years old and is not super religious, not in some isolated place, not autistic, and not extremely shy, than it is obvious. he fits the general conception of ugly if he still never had a girlfriend and only got laid one time. I'm 5'7" and I don't recall ever having a problem with my height. I don't know what crowd you identify with, but they must be a community of giants, for you too feel slighted by mother nature for your height.

You're not insecure about it because 1) you excel in other ways, so being slightly shorter than average isn't a big deal, and/or 2) you're not a perfectionist when it comes to your body and appearance.
