I had told him I liked him in January 2022.. and he was cool with it.. from there we started giving each other pet names and everything.. now he became distant not talking to me.. I remember he told me I need to talk to you but never called me or text me about what it was.. and so I asked him if we are cool and this is what he said.. I have this feeling he is hiding his true feelings towards me but idk🤔

Maybe his feelings went cold since January, but to avoid "rolling dices" on that, if your communication is opened and mature enough you should talk about it and open up about it fully and decide either you are stay friends or move to next lvl but at least you will know what your situation is.
