He’s changed so suddenly and it hurts?

So the guy I was seeing for 3 months chased me for a whole year begging for a chance with me after a year I decided to give him a chance. He told me he was hoping for a relationship and for that to be with me.

He would buy me flowers, cook for me all the time, text me sweet good morning messages everyday, tell me how amazing I am, how he hopes we never fall out, how I always make him smile. Then he had a depressive episode and pushed me away. We tried again and things were brilliant like how they were before. After w weekend together he said he only sees me as casual and never wanted me back. What the actual hell!!!

Well the guy is a jerk, but that is how it goes with people. People fall in love and out of love... that's why I say I enjoy ever relationship for as long as its lasts. There is no telling what goes through other peoples head or why they do the things they do. But you should look at the bright side and appreciate the fact that he did it sooner than later to you... but its just part of the dating process and it happens to everyone so do not get too down on yourself... chances are it has nothing to do with you and everything to do with him.

He even said to me would you rather me do it now or later. After spending the weekend being loving!

Just a random one, it could be completely the opposite but I know I had and friends have had a similar situation, where the girl was getting flowers, texts every morning, cooked for all the time and to a lot of guys after 3 months, if they aren't getting much back or the same in return they feel like the relationship is one sided wonder where they went wrong or if its actually a relationship and give up

Sorry. He has a right to do that though. If found something he didn't want. Could be you. Could be in him. Could be in the situation. Doesn't matter, he doesn't want it anymore. I know you gave him a chance but try not to look down on him as if he is lucky you even gave him a shot. Then again you probably dont feel that way since you said it was great. I don't know he just doesn't want it anymore. Take inventory of yourself to make sure it isn't you.
