** ADVICE NEEDED**: Should I follow my 'crushs" new instagram account first?

I've known this guy many years now our feelings
were mutual but we never acted on them. We have
each other added on other socials and were
following each-other on his old account but he
made a new ig and I'm not sure if I should follow it
or will he eventually do it? I don't want to be
initiating it and seeming desperate in a way? What
is your advice?

How did you find out about his new account? Did he advertise it? Did he tell you directly about it? As long as you didn't hear from a third party and you weren't snooping to find it, I'd go ahead and follow it

Because this site is full of people who post questions or get upset over whether or not their boyfriend is following some person or has some other girl who messaged them on Snapchat or Instagram. It’s bizarre. What’s crazy is that people act like this stuff is normal. It’s not. It’s soooooo bizarre. “My boyfriend liked another girls photo on Snapchat. I can tell because I stalk his page and now when he is online.” It’s just so crazy lol and there are sooooo many issues and problems that arise on here that never would have happened if not for social media.
