Is it normal that I have low to no conversation starting skills? What would my future husband think?

So I like a guy at work secretly. He is hard working, a total gentleman no matter what, just incredible. Plus he is kind of funny at times.
So the thing is I don't know if he is bad at starting convos with me but I know that I have a tendency to be really quiet unless anyone starts a convo with me. I am not innovative.

Some guys like that. Try saying hi to him first. If you feel more comfortable, then try asking him anything that comes to mind. Maybe work related. Then maybe throw in a mild compliment on anything he is wearing. Maybe he will get the hint that you like him too. Good luck.
