When we first spoke it was all neutral but now I've seen a change in his behaviour since he's found out. (He doesn't know that I've found out he knows im crushing on him through a colleague.)
He made an excuse to speak to me and asked where some documents were when he first saw me and had a good look at me. He observes me from far and when we both make eye contact he doesn't look away (not sure what this suggests? However if were up close he will fully avoid eye contact. He stuck up for me when something bad happened at work. He presented himself with open body language so I thought id speak to him and whilst we were talking he wouldn't make much eye contact but he was polite.
