My crush knows that I like him the reaction?

Is negative :( so basically my crush is my guy best friend, we've been friends for like 5 months and we're in the same class too, for years. He is friends with a guy (let's call him A) A's my senior and I'm close to him as well (I've told to him that I like my crush) so yesterday He suddenly brought up and asked me if I'm the girl my crush talked about to him once. I questioned what'd he say, A said it was smth like"dude can you believe it? B's bestie has a crush on me.. Like ugh wtf" (B's a classmate of mine which both A n my crush know bout) I said I dunno if it's me cause B is actually like an enemy to me. After all this, A showed up to my crush to ask him if I'm the girl.. he replied with a "yeah😐"and said" I've know for a long time or smth that she crushed on "(prolly coz I was madly in love with him, I was desperate enough to cry whenever I missed him, I showed jealousy when he's with other girls and I'm affectionate n kinda likely hinted that I do like him but I thought he's clueless enough to not notice the hints.. I was wrong) A then leaked the news to me and I was dumbfounded.. I didn't know how to react, now it's slightly more like I'm awkward while texting him.. So should I just move on? Keep in mind that This crush of mine is a guy who's desperate for a girlfriend but can't accept me :')
