I met a guy online on 27 April, he is originally based abroad and is visiting our common hometown for eid. He hinted that he wants to meet up after eid. We exchanged some pleasant texts over the next few days.
On his request we eventually exchanged cellphone numbers for easier contact and he even called me on 30 April and ended the call saying he will call again in 1 to 2 days. On 3 April I texted him Eid Greetings, and we exchanged brief texts with last text being from my side.
That is the last communication we had and I assumed that he was busy with Eid commitments like most people, even I was super busy.
I have no idea when he will be returning home.
How long should I wait before assuming I have been ghosted? Should I text him again in a few days or just wait and see what he does next? Since I initiated and ended the last communication, I don't wish to come across as desperate.
