Why does my guy friend never get tired of texting me?

We talk about anything and everything and we have such fun texting conversations. We haven't seen each other in person in years though. We send paragraphs back and forth sometimes. But I don't understand why he never gets tired of replying to me with consistency and interest. He even says I'm his type of person and that I'm interesting to talk to. Even if someone is interesting, wouldn't you take a break from them sometimes?

Because he’s trying to get w you. Men do that in the beginning when we take an interest in a girl. Trust me after time if you’ve slept w him, he’s going to slow that down. He will pick it up again when he wants to get at you again.

This has been going for years though. There are gaps where we don't talk at all. But when we do it's intense conversation of both funnamd deep stuff. He's told me about how he's suffered having a very small d**k. He was quite surprised that I was supportive and sort of told me everything. I'm nice to everyone and I do the right thing and try not to hurt people when they're vulnerable, so I feel like I didn't do that much. He seemed astounded though, that even his closest friends told him to suck it up but that I was nice to him.

Maybe he really likes you as more than a friend. It’s possible especially w something that personal as far as him telling you that. Exactly how did that come up anyway? Do you like him as more than a friend?

I guess he really wanted to talk to someone about it, because he sent a video of someone equating small size to being a misogynist. Then while we were discussing the video he slowly transitioned to guys who have small dks and asked me if that would bother me much, from a woman's perspective. I said that I don't really know and does it really matter as long as people satisfy each other in other ways. Then he confessed to his experience, his friends being unsupportive, his sexual partners being insulting. How some apparently accepted it and some hurt him verbally. So I told him to see a therapist and he said he was considering one and didn't know how to go about it. Then we talked a bit more about what he could do and he said he was even considering surgery and I told him that he can do what he needs to be happy. So he was surprised at all this and said you're a woman, how are you this supportive? And that I was great. So that's what happened.

Well than I think there’s a good chance he likes you as more than a friend. I’d never tell my female friends that. I’d feel her out as far as her thoughts if I liked her that way I’d know where she stood w out actually telling her if I was in his situation. Especially if I liked her. If she said no I don’t like small wangs than I’d know that chances were stacked against me. Have you ever gotten the feeling that he likes you as more than a friend?

Yeah I did a couple of times feel like he was being a bit more intense than a friend. But that was initially, now we have pretty good conversations. We were discussing our respective 'types' and he described his type as super smart, successful, wacky sense of humour and someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and can laugh at themselves. Then he said that he just described the person he has a crush on. There's a good chant that this description is of me, that he perceives me this way - even though it might not be objectively true. But he also said that he's friends with her and doesn't see anything happening from her side. At a later date I told him I was rooting for him and his crush to happen and he said he was sad that nothing will happen - and that he's not maaadly in love, just that she's his type - bang on.

Would you date him if he was talking about you?

I honestly don't know. It's been three years since I saw him in person. I'd have to be physically around him to know. There's only so much we can convey through text. What do you think is going on his side?

Well I think that he does like you. I don’t know how long you two have known each other, maybe you mentioned it. But there’s a good chance he likes you especially w what he told you and you not seeming to have an issue w it.
