i mean why do some boy call like that bcz i met two boy and they both starting calling me lady but they don't calling lady to others

I cannot speak for other guys. I would have called out 'excuse me' until I got your attention, and then come over and ask your name. I suppose they did it because they couldn't think of a better way of getting your attention.

Usually because they think it sounds classy, but really it just shows how unintelligent and unimaginative they are. In your case it sounds like they are mocking you for some reason.
