If a girl is on a guys mind would he want to befriend another 'random' girl?

i don't know him personally we only talked very little when he handed me an invation at my door and smiled after that i saw him a couple times and it looked like he liked me intrested in me (accourding to the internet tho) we don't follow each other on social media but i look to his account to see what's happening because when i post a story after that he post one too etc so that''s why i check up on him... to figure it out i'm to shy to ask him or befriend with him not knowing for sure if he is intrested in me.. But today i saw that he follows a girl and she follows him back in his list there is no other 'strange' girl so my question is that if a girl is on a guys mind would he want to befriend another 'random' girl probs to know her better... the insta account of the girl is private so she literally accepted his friend request and from her account i can't tell if she is married etc...

This is why social media is so stupid when it comes to this type of thing. You have no idea who that girl is to him. She could barely know him. Yet here you, throwing a some wild theory based on the possibilities in your head, NOT based on reality. Which also circles back to my original thought: what makes you think he is interested in you? You didn't give any reasons or examples of why he would.

i hope you'll want to read it.. thanks for asking that i didn't want to make it long to read and was hoping that someone would ask to understand my situation better so i saw him always at weddings, he came into my mind when he gave me an wed. invitation we smiled at each other and when i went to the wedding we sat a few tables appart from each other, me and friends stood up to leave had to walk towards him to exit he looked at my direction for a few sec and looked down to his phone, than on another wedding when he saw me he looked at me directly with a happily suprised face orso and his body language/posture is like explained on the internet "when a guy is intrested into you"... he once mimicked me (or it looked like it), smiling eventhough he doesn't look at me but knows i can see him being infront of me... maybe he want to look approachable orso? when i had to leave he was walking infront of me and he turned seeing me he raised he's eyebrows (suprised face) and on the third and last wedding i saw from the mirror that he looked at my direction, firstly it was he's cousin (who stood next to him) seeing me from the mirror than when i looked back i saw him looking at me (because im shy i turned my eyes when i saw him looking at me) he was always passing where i sat altho in a very rushed pace and moreso there was no other way to go to the door if he wanted to smoke orso iduno so it's not specially for me maybe... after that i made my insta public when i add a story a 2-3 h later he adds something on his story. (we don't follow each other it's public), it can be just all in my head and oh yeah he's mom follows my mom and never did she liked my moms things and suddenly she did

and indeed she could barely know him but maybe she accepted his request to know him vice versa so me thinking im on his mind is not true perhaps he was just flattered thinking that im into him but doesn't see a relatinship otherwise he would add me to know me better i dont know

You don't get to know someone over social media... come on, do I really have to explain this? Again, you don't know who that woman is. And how bad are you stalking him knowing the rest were either relatives or married? Social media is a FALSE REALITY. My advice is to TALK to him in person and stop trying to figure things out online.
Stop reading those ridiculous body language articles, they are worthless. Body language is a much more complicated and nuanced form of communication.
