I agree with what the others are saying. You should tell him clearly that you simply aren't interested. You can ask people close to you what phrasing you would be most comfortable with, but the message should be simple and clear. "I am sorry but I dont really see you that way / and I dont believe we would be a good match. / Please dont push the issue, it makes me uncomfortable" for example.
