I was front on the line down the lane and I needed to make a new cage as they were all full up. I went to the printer to get a new label for the cage and on my way back I left my leg almost go and someone's foot in front on mine. I turned around and there was this young Asian lad laughing at me thinking it was funny but he'd just tried to trip me up in a busy warehouse.
I said to him "why the hell did you just do that?" He just carried on laughing.
He later came up to me again laughing and saying sorry but It didn't feel very genuine when he's laughing about it. I said "don't ever do that to me again because I don't find it funny at all" .
He then ran off like a little coward. I told one of my friends whose a little bit more superior to myself and he took me to the office to report it.
His manger was called in and apparently he got a massive telling off because if I had fallen I could have been seriously injured and that's the scary thing. Why would someone deliberately want to warm me to that extent for no reason.
He said he was sorry and that it will never happen again. I didn't go any further with the report because I didn't want the drama or the reputation of not getting on with the foreign agency workers as he was one and I've had a few incidents with them because they don't know how to behave at all.
He was told how lucky he was because they could have fired him on the spot for what he did but I'm not in the business for people losing there jobs either.
