When I worked at a call center 7 years ago doing tech support some lady called in saying finally a American, you can't trust these Spanish speakers and Indians & she was from Idaho & i hate that state and most of the Northwest all together, but the company I worked for does not outsource and that's how they keep customers by keeping it America first so why would she complain when everyone tgat works there was American, so I said oh yeah im real sorry about that & asked her what she needed threw her on hold and transferred her over to Tech Support Spanish.
I know how to kill surveys so she won't get one, so i killed the program, and sent her on a transfer to Tech Support Spanish & went to the next call lol
He was having a bad day and you made his day worse over something asinine and petty. That's how people snap and go on shooting sprees.
I'm not petty myself, unless you count holding grudges. That's about the only thing I'd do because I'm not the type to forget people who f*cked me over.
No one cares how anyone is anyway, he probably just wanted to get to the point of why he was there unless you were ready to become his therapist, it doesn't matter.

This a joke? Otherwise yeah, pretty petty. I work customer service and I deal with dickheads frequently, but no. I wouldn't stop that low.
