Does my crush likes me?

I am an Indian girl and he is a Chinese guy, the first time I looked at him is at my house area side, that our eyes locked together and the next day I started to feel nervous to look at him, whenever he cross my house area side he looks up at me and act like nothing. I started to stare at him every day when he cm back from his work... So we will have eye contact for a second and look down and act like nothing! After a long break, days pass, and I started to stare at him again then he acts so strangely looking at me and looking away repeatedly... Today when he sees me he started to run and give me a look then leave... Actually, what is he trying to say? Does he have feelings for me or do I just imagine it? Please help me guys I need your help!
