Guys, Fiancé flirts with numerous women online and on his phone. Says it’s for fun and continues to engage behind my back. Is this harmless?

My fiancé flirts via fb, dating sites, and text with different women. Some of it was like getting to know someone and others were very sexual and sexting. He lied and deflects every time I approached him and wouldn’t admit unless I had screen shots to show. He tells me it’s for fun and boosts his ego and didn’t think it was a big deal. Except I didn’t know this was happening. It’s been happening the entire time we’ve been together (almost 3yrs) and we had a child together. And if it wasn’t a big deal he wouldn’t lie about it. He said he stop but the sneaky behaviors still shows. He swears he doesn’t see anyone and he always come home after work. Is it legit because of ego and fun or should I count my losses? It’s extremely painful, it hurts, and my optimistic thinking can only stay so strong until it finally cracks. Thoughts?
