I am attractive but I'd rather strike a conversation going on traits or qualities not looks. If I wanted looks I'd go to a bar (never have, never dressed revealing either hence my lack of interest in just looks). So I may have ONE picture

Leave your evaluation of your looks out. That is what the picture is for. The viewer will determine that. Why include past jobs, it's what you do now that can be important. It's not really a job application. You can skip the motorcycle stuff to because you are a passenger unless your only looking for bikers. Everything you leave out is fine to bring up in small talks. If you owned a drove a bike it would be a hobby worth mentioning. Not if you are a tag along. A presentation should be short and focus on your key attributes, skills and situations. Basically only mention important stuff. Leave the rest to the get to know you phase.

You include mostly current situation data and what your looking for and how you want your future, because that is what dating about judging if you could build a life together that better than one on your own. It's fine to mention your proffession and or your job. But when you only mention a past job you raise the wrong kind of questions.

This section is to stand out. Grab interest. What you go on about many women would be saying

As for the past job that's to get interest. Have YOU worked in a former asylum? How about the military? Can YOU shoot a gun?

Well your looking for a guy right? Not a woman? It's good that you leave something to talk about but to be honest guy doesn't date you for your past. The might avoid you for what you done in the past but not the other way around. They want to know how well you fit into their life. So in your case you will appeal to a biker that likes nature, but at the same time your a mismatch for city dwelling guys. So think of what you bring up because it should mirror what you want and are looking for. And also consider who might ignore you because of it.

ROFL. I've lived in the countryside and citylife. BIG cities. Millions of people. And tiny remote towns that 20 years later are still a mere 5,000.

A number of friends who are engineers, etc HAVE motorcycles. It's an adrenaline rush not to be a biker lol. Or a means to get out of the city without the hassle of loading up the car if just a short trip.
