Guys: Why would you ignore a woman even when you like her?

There is a guy I see everyday in my yoga class, I see him checking me out everyday and looking at me from a distance. I have greeted him a few times but our conversations were ephemeral. He acts distant but then he keeps following me with his look. For a moment I though he might be shy or maybe he is married or has a girlfriend. Which also confuses me because if he did, why would he be looking at me right? Anyway, that is me assuming he has a relationship, but if not.. why would a guy ignore the woman he likes?

We / he most likely thinks the girl is out of their league or just being chicken to make the move given the current scenario/situation (I. e. the girl is with a group of friends, etc).

He is probably trying to not look Creepy or Weird towards you so if you like him just talk to him and get to know him otherwise nothing is gonna happen.

Probably because she's doing the same to me. Because its probably not going to go beyond "just friends". Stuff like that
