Guy went from good to ass real quick?

I like a guy which works with me. He is usually a shy guy but I somehow managed to open him up, and he started acting confident around me. He was really caring at the beginning. He used to buy me drinks and food, he helped me carrying heavy weights, he used to put food in my plate for me, he was always trying to hang out with me. But then he changed. He started to tease me all the time, to say bad things to me. One day he came up to me randomly and said <>. I work in a restaurant and he is a Maki Chef. The other day he asked me if I wanted to eat Maki and I said yes. Then he also asked others and he proceeded making maki for everyone but me. At the end he gave me two pieces of his own maki, and I told him that I was not hungry anymore (cause I was mad), he kept asking me to eat again and again till I took it. At the same time while he is being so mean to me he takes my phone everyday while I listen to music with EarPods, he changes the songs, and puts the music he likes but only I can hear it so why is he doing this? Why is he behaving this way? What’s wrong with him.. why did he become such an ass**** all of a sudden?
