Was I being an asshole or overdramatic?

So I live in an apartment complex and I have a neighbor who kept putting his shit on my porch (the porch is pretty much connected but it’s a cut off ) so he would put stuff close to his door but across the boundary line I feel to be petty. They’re from the “hood”I feel like he was trying to test boundaries (it was a broom and tikis) he would even knock one tiki over even put trash outside my door and when I picked it up it’d be on the ground the next day. These guys I feel aren’t even a threat in a fist fight I did some kickboxing for a couple of months for self defense I’m about 6’4 lean they’re both under 5’10 I honestly feel I could beat both at the a same time but was kinda worried about getting shot (I’m working on getting a gun) but I hate feeling like a bully but I realized people will test you until you come at them directly. So he cleaned off his porch and put his shit past the property line on my side ( it’s a pole/rail dividing the porch closer to his door I didn’t think much of it at first until he tried putting a fucking chair outside my window like wtf! I had moved the tiki, broom a couple times just for them to put it back I even knocked on the door but the guy that actually pays rent would never answer some other guy living there would so one tonight I knocked on his door asking to speak to the guy that pays bills they’re both at the door trying to be friendly like they don’t know what’s going on I ask them to keep there stuff on there side of the porch I honestly don’t feel like I was wrong. I like my porch clean and the fact that he cleaned off his porch and put his shit on my side didn’t sit right with me. Excuse the grammar
Was I being an asshole or overdramatic?
