What does it mean when a guy holds eye contact with you even though he’s talking to somebody else?

I have this male coworker (he’s a doctor and i’m a nurse) that always holds eye contact with me even though he’s talking to somebody else. Example: i’m helping a patient with something and he comes in to talk to them bcs they’re about to be discarged or something else and the whole time he is talking to the patient or his relatives he’s holding eye contact with me, even though i don’t say anything. Or he’ll come in the nurses room to talk to my coworker about a patient and the whole time he’s talking he’s again holding eye contact with me. Does that mean he likes me? And if so does it mean he likes me physically or romantically?

He definitely finds you attractive. In some states this can be considered harassment or a hostile work enviorment. Seems a little creepy and weird if he is married.

You just started asking your own questions and decided to make fun of me. Damn you’re 50 years old and i’m 24 but i can read better than you and am more mature. I thinks it’s weird to. He’s always looking at me, mirroring me, standing in my personal space, trying to make me laugh, last time it was my day off but i had to go to work to sign some papers and i wore this cute dress and he checked me out from had to toe and then turned around quickly. I didn’t even pay attention ti him when i met him in December but all these things, all the attention was flattering and he made me like him with these things. So i gave it a shot and followed him on instagram, since we’re never alone at work, and his profile is open, mine too, but he never followed me back. Now i’m so confused
