Why didn't he shower?

When I stayed over at his, I asked him what time he wanted me to leave his place. Following this I asked if I could use his shower.
I did, I didn't take long and to save on time washed my face and brushed my teeth in there.
He stayed over mine for the first time. And slept in until 11am, I did wake him 2x as we were supposed to walk the dog together.
Even when he got up, I offered him a glass of water and a cup of tea, but he didn't budge after I mentioned wanting him to get dressed so we could take the dog out.
I made an effort to lay out a towel and flannel for him to use the night before, even had a toothbrush ready.
But all he did was brush his teeth, and get ready to leave.

When ready i asked him if he remembered his way back, the reason being when I was at his he put me on the bus to get to the station only after I had asked him to.
He said "that's what Google map's is for"
But I walked him and the dog to the station.
But the walk was filled with silences.

I'm not entirely sure what was going on with him.

You both have different standards of Care across all conditions examined so far. He seems a little more selfish or thoughtless than you. Are you going to be able to live with that day-in and day-out? Is he the one for you? The more comfortable we get the more the real "Me" shows itself...

I feel like he hasn't been shown the real way to behave.
He is a gentleman otherwise.
Opening the door for me. Letting me pick the seat at the table, not letting me pay for things.
But these small issues are making me wonder...
Are we cool?
Even at the station the kids he gave me was so shy and awkward.
Closed lips and quick.

Oh... I see you are OCD and he is not. He does not realize the Man-Up during data is supposed to spill over into everyday life.. Cleanliness and Kindheartedness does not come natural to him? When he does not have too-dogs then he will not even if "urged, encouraged, or requested". This is not reading your mind... or you have to tell straight-up what you want me to do...

I'm not ocd...
I have a routine... Its healthy for my mental health and for the routine and well being of my dog.
It wasn't early... 11 am.
I personally woke him up because he said he would come and walk the dog with me.
But he waited until he was ready to leave...
And hardly engaged in conversation.
I'm not sure if he wanted me to make him breakfast or something.
But I personally didn't do that because he was in my eyes disrespecting me in my home and in front of my dog who I'm training to understand that I'm in charge.
He has a dominant personality (the dog) so he's testing me constantly.
The fact I put all those things out for him to use I thought he would have happily used my shower.

As for afterwards because he was so quiet I did try to joke with him a little ribbing him for stealing the covers and smacking me with the pillow and stealing most the space...
It was funny.
But again he could just be super sensitive about these things

You keep proving the disparity. Your order of operations are not even close to the Same. Let it go and move on. A PhD is not required for this one... You lost because are involved sexually...

I did ask him on the walk if he was stressed and he said he was nervous...
As he was supposed to be visiting his nan later that day. She recently had a, stroke
