My boyfriend suffer vomits and avoids doctors?

He has some esophagus problem I think

He vomits non stops he is trembling

Some times pills like motilium help

Before it was once in 6 or 4 months

Now its been every day since last Wednesday

He once confessed he smokes cocaine base and it stops nausea

He refuses to see doctors

I want to make him go to the doctor by force

What should i do?

Let him know that if he doesn't see a doctor asap he risk having his esophagus rupture which will be life threatening

He should go or acid with burn the epiglottis covering. This is simple fix but could be 30,000 surgery if he does not get this straight on front end. Research stomach acid and reflux on body. Makes sense ⁉️ Good luck 🍀 with hard headed. 🙃

Next time he's hitting bottom, really bad off, just call an ambulance. They can be pretty persuasive and reassuring. I'm very stubborn and they've talked me into going before after refusing.
