Why do people think just cause I left a higher paying job for a lower one that I fcked up?

My ex coworkers at the job i just left are ugly hearted spiteful idiots. Those two punk ass pricks went on a spiel saying my new job sucks ass and i made a mistake. They are ugly human beings. I made an excellent choice because 99% of the people at that place are somehow vile disgusting human beings and narcissistic individuals. Its funny how that happens. They can go eat each other up like the sharks they are and be miserable together. I hated working there and i wasn't even there 2 months!

Any time you leave a toxic job its a good decision you fucking asswipes.

Thank you so much! Yea it surprises me to see people who are constantly assholes to people for no reason. If anything those two jerks just showed me I made the right choice and I don't need to be there AT ALL. Not now nor in the future.

Some advice: always be looking for a better job - and better isn't necessarily "higher-paying"; it could also be "better working conditions" or "better benefits." But it's also true that you are FAR likelier to improve your income by changing jobs than you are by staying with the same company for many years waiting on raises. It *shouldn't* be that way, but it IS that way, so if you are always looking for better opportunities, you'll do much better than those who don't.

I've heard of that. My new job is cool and i hipe i eventually get promoted but im not very smart lol.

Lots of people judge work by the amount you get paid.-It is often measured by the stuff Income allows us to possess. Even though very are happy in their job and there is a high degree of complaint, we stay because of our Wage. When one actually chooses job happiness over promotion or salary people go, “Say What‼️“. Quality of life matters too and a job that provides that is a blessing 🙃

We spend most of our time at workplace and if the environment is toxic its not worth that extra money if you have option to get out of it without having big financial or career impact then do it your just buying kind people's and healthy environment where you'll grow better and improve
