What can you say about this situation?

A teen girl wears crop tops all the time, revealing her arms and her beautiful stomach that all the guys always stare at. One morning, her mother wakes her up: "I'm heading off for work, you get up and get ready for school. And please, for the sake of heaven, cover up, don't dress your usual way! You're going to school, not to the seaside!" When the door closed, the girl picked from the wardrobe a pair of jeans and a top that didn't cover her stomach at all. There was a new guy in her class who immediately noticed her and since then, he has never ever looked away from her belly button, visible on her beautiful stomach. But all his attempts to get her attention were worth nothing, she spent the breaks talking to older guys, and when she gave another guy her phone number, he was very upset.
