Does it mean anything if this guy takes a deep breath and looks shocked/pause every time he sees me in passing?

Like most people just pass by no big deal if eye contact is made then it’s made but this guy will already be looking at me or when I meet his eyes he will hold it. He always notices me before I notice him I will see someone doing a double take to me and wonder why then I realise oh it’s him then after that he will avoid looking at me for a bit till I see him again and he will glance over.. I added him on fb and the next day when I seen him he taken a breath when he seen me and did a double take them after that he kind of avoided me but it was his place of work :/

Does he ever have a goofy look? Do you ever think in your head, "that is one goofy but cute guy?" I hope so because he's probably going, "damn-that's living Art... deep breath... probably will not have anything to do with me though..." When you gave him Facebook, did he reach out and go private and suggest something outside of Work?
