How to lose feelings for a guy?

This guy hops in my inbox on TikTok tells me it was cause I commented on his video and he wanted to make sure I was all good and that he never comments on his video and thought he’d say hey back! Well we talked awhile kept it friendly, went sexual send a nude or two between each other found out he had a girlfriend after I caught feelings and now it’s all a mess he’s all we should keep it friend so we don’t get in trouble etc and told me to text him so I text him because yeah I don't know my feelings don’t just vanish even tho they need too. We talk as friends I’ll text him during the day he’ll respond fast which is weird cause I don’t think he ever liked me and well anyway leaves me on delivered at night and don’t reach out we only talk now if I text him. I try being friends but it’s like a lost cause
