Guys, is my coworker playing mind games with me or is he just weird. what do I do?

okay, so i have this make co worker that is super shy! so i thought. i have this strong connection feeling towards him and always see him staring at me but i knew he was always too shy to say anything to me. i find him attractive too. a year goes by and finally one of my co workers told him how cool i was. he even gave him my number. this guy actually texted me, i was so shocked. the things he was texting blew my mind. it was very sexual and i could tell he was into it. the next day comes around and he talks to me like that in person too! he was telling me to stay late and meet him in the office and stuff and being sexual in person. the weekend goes by and Monday comes and he acted shy again. we were even alone in the office a couple times and he didn’t say a word!!! Friday he was all for it asking me what’s under my clothes. now it’s Tuesday at he’s back to his self before these 2 days happened. what should i think of all this? mind games? what do i do? he’s acting night and day different from Thursday and Friday. Thursday and Friday he was all for me and now it’s like it never even happened. he’s back to being 100% shy again. i am soooo confused. help me understand

no. i am into it too. we are both doing it back and forth. but after those 2 days he won’t even talk to me now. it’s weird
