Ghosted or not?

So I met this guy on tinder on the 26th, we met online in the morning and we had lunch together at 1 pm the same day. We had such a mega connection. He got me a driver to his place, didn't invite me in but took me on a walk. We went for some lunch at a very high bar. It felt so right like we had known each other for a long time. We had some cocktails and I'm not much of a drinker but it was fun. I felt safe with him. We had our first kiss there. He paid for the meal. We went back to his hotel and he offered to get me coffee by the cafe at it but we left a while after not getting any service. He asked if I was okay with going to his room and I was. Once there, we just had more fun. We played some music and danced together. We didn't hook up or do anything sexual besides kissing. It was the last day of his trip in my city ( he's from Europe). He was prepared to cancel his flight for me but couldn't because of the "24 hr period". I was sad obviously. He offered to take me with him the next day (he was flying to another city in my country for a couple of days before his flight back home ). And we even discussed some of the things we would e. g skydiving. I went home to think about it and I could only make it next week Tuesday. Unfortunately, our schedules were clashing so he had to leave without me. We spoke the next day on his way there, both expressing our sad emotions. We spoke the night he got there as well but I didn't hear from him the following day. Until now, so it's been 6 days now. He has a business meeting in Belgium on the 4th so I suppose he'll be leaving tomorrow for that. He also did mention he was a workaholic. Have I been ghosted or am I just reading too much into this? And if I was ghosted, what was I ghosted for?
