How would the average gal perceive an unattractive guy who purposely avoids not only the opposite sex but everybody in general?

he's already avoiding the opposite sex by all means

He doesn't trust them or anything they say & always on guard if he's around them

With the males he makes no efforts in even getting along either but is slightly more open to be nice
