What does it mean when a guy says you “act married”?

I had a guy ask me multiple times if I was married because he said that’s how I acted. I’m not, I’m single, even at that time but he wouldn’t believe me I guess. He didn’t really explain his reasoning on that either when I asked him.

What could he mean by that?

There are certain behaviors that can give off id someone is married or not. Nothing is 100 percent.
