we met 2 years ago and he's my family's friend, he's 19 and I'm 17, we never really talk and it's awkward between us, he seems like a kind person, one thing I find weird is that he would look at me a lot (lowkey stalker-ish) and I see him everywhere now, he would also peek at who im texting on my phone, stands behind me for no reason (sometimes it's like he trying to play it cool), he would also notice if I have any troubles and help me with it. I saw him being grumpy/jealous when I look at cute guys on TV

He would ask other people about me, like my age, my interests, hobbies, school etc. I don't understand why wouldn't he just come talk to me tho, but I guess he's just shy I overheard him asking his mom if im 18, it was a random specific question, why 18? I also do kinda like him, is it because he wanted to date me once im legal? I'm not sure about his intentions, and I don't know if he's just a super friendly guy who cares. or maybe he just never liked me in the first place
