When a guy grabs my hand and says my hand is "so small and feminine" does it mean he finds my hands attractive?

He held my hand and was like "omg your hands are so small and feminine." He seemed amazed; as if he's never seen a hand of such sort. He then compared his hand size to mine. Are small, feminine hands really attractive? I thought only women went crazy for hands.
